E’LHAA is a fine jewellery brand offering ethical, sustainable, and luxurious pieces crafted using lab-grown diamonds and 18kt gold in white, rose, and yellow finishes.
We blend timeless elegance with contemporary design to create jewellery that celebrates both style and sustainability. We are a UK-based trademarked company, redefining luxury with purpose.
WHAT DOES “E’LHAA” MEAN?
Inspired by concepts of elegance and heritage, E’LHAA embodies our commitment to creating meaningful, ethical jewellery that tells a story and lasts a lifetime. The name “E’LHAA” translates to “for her,” reflecting our dedication to crafting timeless pieces designed with her in mind.

We are based in the United Kingdom, where we design and produce all of our jewellery with meticulous care and craftsmanship.
IS YOUR JEWELLERY ETHICAL?
Yes, all of our jewellery is crafted with ethics and sustainability at its core. Our lab-grown diamonds offer the beauty of traditional diamonds without the environmental and ethical concerns of mining. We also use 18kt gold, hallmarked to guarantee purity and quality.
PRODUCTS
ARE LAB-GROWN DIAMONDS REAL?
Yes! Lab-grown diamonds are chemically, physically, and optically identical to mined diamonds. They are grown in high-tech facilities that replicate the natural diamond formation process, resulting in diamonds that sparkle just as brilliantly as mined ones.
HOW ARE LAB-GROWN DIAMONDS DIFFERENT FROM MINED DIAMONDS?
Lab-grown diamonds are created in a controlled environment, which makes their sourcing transparent and sustainable. Unlike mined diamonds, they have no negative impact on the environment or communities. However, in terms of appearance and properties, they are identical to mined diamonds.
ARE YOUR DIAMONDS CERTIFIED?
Absolutely. All our diamonds over 1 carat come with certification from internationally recognised gemological laboratories, ensuring their authenticity, grading, and quality.
WHAT METALS DO YOU USE IN YOUR JEWELLERY?
We use 18kt gold in rose, white, and yellow finishes for all of our jewellery. All metals are hallmarked in accordance with UK legal standards, guaranteeing purity and quality. For smaller items that cannot bear a hallmark stamp, certification is provided to confirm the metal's authenticity.
DO YOU OFFER PERSONALISED OR ENGRAVED PIECES?
No, we currently do not offer personalised engravings or custom inscriptions on our jewellery.
DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM DESIGNS?
Yes, we do! If you have a bespoke design idea or specific requirements, we are happy to work with you to bring your vision to life. Please contact us at info@elhaa.co.uk to discuss your custom jewellery needs.
ORDERS & SHIPPING
ARE ALL YOUR ORDERS MADE-TO-ORDER?
Yes, all E’LHAA jewellery is made-to-order. This means we do not hold stock but instead craft every piece exclusively for you, ensuring the highest level of care and sustainability.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Because each piece is made-to-order, delivery typically takes 4-6 weeks from the time you place your order. This timeline allows us to ensure that your jewellery is crafted with precision and attention to detail.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At the moment, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We are exploring international shipping options for the future and will update our policies accordingly.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders. Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost; details will be provided at checkout.
HOW IS MY ORDER PACKAGED?
Your jewellery will arrive in luxurious, sustainable packaging. Whether for gifting or safekeeping, our packaging is designed to protect your jewellery while reflecting E’LHAA’s commitment to elegance and environmental responsibility.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT’S PLACED?
If you need to update or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@elhaa.co.uk. Changes can only be made within 24-48 hours of placing your order, before production begins.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@elhaa.co.uk. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: ELHAA, Unit 7, 75 Hastings Road, Leicester, LE5 0LG.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return question at info@elhaa.co.uk.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel your order within 10 days of placing, for any reason and without a justification.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY E’LHAA JEWELLERY?
To maintain your jewellery’s beauty:
- Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, and prolonged water contact.
- Store your pieces in their original packaging or a soft-lined jewellery box to prevent scratches.
- Clean your jewellery regularly with a soft, lint-free cloth to maintain its shine.
DO YOU OFFER REPAIRS?
We do not currently offer repair services. If your jewellery requires repair, we recommend contacting a trusted local jeweller.
