HOW LAB GROWN DIAMONDS ARE MADE
E’LHAA diamonds are created using technology that mimics the natural conditions under which diamonds form.
There are two primary methods:
High-Pressure High-Temperature (HPHT):
A diamond seed is placed in a chamber where extreme heat (1,500°C) and intense pressure cause carbon atoms to crystallise, forming a diamond. This process simulates the earth’s conditions, using extreme pressure and heat to grow the diamond crystal.
Chemical Vapour Deposition (CVD):
A diamond seed is placed in a chamber filled with carbon-rich gases, which break down when heated, allowing carbon atoms to attach and grow the diamond layer by layer. This process uses carbon-rich gases to build the diamond layer by layer, resulting in a pure and flawless stone.
Both methods create diamonds that are chemically and structurally identical to those found in nature.
Once grown, our diamonds are expertly cut, polished, and graded to ensure their brilliance meets the highest standards. The result? Ethically crafted diamonds that rival their mined counterparts in beauty, durability, and sparkle—without environmental compromise.
