Are E'lhaa diamonds real?

Yes. Every E'lhaa diamond is a real diamond — same carbon, same crystal structure, same fire. The only difference is where it forms: in a chamber that mimics the heat and pressure of the Earth's mantle, instead of underground. We grow ours in 8 weeks rather than waiting a billion years.

Are they certified?

Yes. Every diamond E'lhaa sets is IGI-certified at F–G colour and VS clarity or better. The IGI report ships with every piece. You can read more on our lab-grown diamonds page.

Can a jeweller tell the difference?

Not with the naked eye, and not with a standard loupe. Lab-grown diamonds are chemically and optically identical to mined diamonds. The only way to identify a lab-grown is with specialist screening equipment that detects the growth pattern — the same way the IGI grades them.

Will the diamonds last?

They will outlast us. Diamond is the hardest natural material on the Mohs scale, regardless of origin. Our pieces are designed to be worn every day for generations.

About the gold

What gold do you use?

All E'lhaa pieces are made in recycled 18kt or 14kt gold — yellow, white or rose, depending on the design. Recycled gold has the same purity and durability as mined gold and significantly reduces the environmental footprint.

Will the white gold tarnish?

Our white gold pieces are rhodium-plated for that crisp white finish. Plating naturally wears over time — every 18–24 months we recommend a re-plating, which we do free of charge for the lifetime of your piece.

How long does my piece take to make?

Most pieces are made to order in 8 weeks. We set each diamond by hand, in your size, in the metal you've chosen.

Do you ship internationally?

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. Klarna Pay in 3 is available at checkout on all orders — split your payment into three equal interest-free instalments, with no impact on your credit score.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Every E'lhaa piece arrives in our signed box, wrapped in tissue, with a handwritten note. Add a personal message at checkout.

After you buy

What's covered by the lifetime warranty?

Everything that isn't accidental damage. Manufacturing faults, loose settings, broken clasps, worn plating — all covered. We'll also clean, polish, re-plate and resize your piece free of charge for the rest of its life.

How do I look after my jewellery?

Take it off before swimming, showering and sleeping. Store it flat in the pouch we send it in. Bring it back to us once a year for a complimentary clean and check.

Can I return a piece?

Yes — 30 days for stock pieces, 14 days for made-to-order. Unworn, with all packaging and the IGI certificate. We arrange insured collection at no cost. Engraved pieces are non-returnable.
