Every E'lhaa piece is made to order and shipped insured. Here's everything you need to know before you buy.
Lead times
Most E'lhaa pieces are made to order in 8 weeks. Our atelier sets each diamond by hand, in your size, in the metal you've chosen, so the lead time reflects real craft rather than warehouse delivery. If you need a piece for a specific date, write to hello@elhaa.co.uk and we'll do our best to accelerate.
UK shipping
- Complimentary insured UK delivery on every order, no minimum
- Despatched via DHL Express Insured, signature required
- Tracking sent the moment your piece leaves the atelier
International shipping
- Free worldwide shipping on orders over £1,000
- £35 flat-rate insured shipping under £1,000
- Duties and taxes calculated at checkout
- Despatched via DHL Express Insured
Returns
If you've bought a stock piece, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund. Made-to-order pieces have a 14-day return window to account for the bespoke nature of the work.
Pieces must be unworn, with all packaging, certification and the original IGI report. Engraved pieces are non-returnable unless the engraving was our error.
To start a return, email hello@elhaa.co.uk with your order number. We'll arrange insured collection at no cost to you.
Repairs and resizing
Every E'lhaa piece is covered by a lifetime warranty. We offer complimentary cleaning and resizing for life. Email us with your order number to arrange.
