DELIVERY.

Every piece is made to order, to your specification. Allow 4–6 weeks from order to delivery.

We ship within the UK only — every order fully insured, tracked, and signed for on delivery. Delivery is free on every UK order.

If it's been longer than 6 weeks, email orders@elhaa.co.uk with your order number and we'll look into it.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS.

Email orders@elhaa.co.uk within 14 days of ordering and we'll sort it. After that, your piece is already being made and can't be changed or cancelled.

RETURNS.

Unworn pieces, in their original packaging, can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Bespoke and made-to-order pieces can't be returned or exchanged.

Once we receive a return, we check it before approving — usually 7–10 days.

To return or exchange something, email orders@elhaa.co.uk with your order details and we'll take it from there.

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR WRONG.

Email orders@elhaa.co.uk straight away with a photo and your order number. We'll sort a replacement or refund.
